Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

My last one I had over five years and it had leather straps and metal hardware, my phone fit well with no issues, I would another but it’s not made anymore. "While I like the look and features of the purse the quality is not what it was when I bought my first Iris smartphone purse. This purchase is my third one. I am very doubtful that it leather . If it is ,it is a very poor thingrade of leather. The embossed front actually looks like it has plastic in it. I will see how it holds up and then decide if I will purchase another one."
"I wanted to love this bag. Unfortunately, it’s not a good fit for me. And the quality is not what I expected of a an iconic brand. The wallet itself is very tight. I find it hard to remove the phone from the pocket and it’s hard to remove anything from the inside of the wallet (bills, change, receipt), except a card. And that’s because I keep my 3 cards on end, not the correct way. Also, both the crossbody strap and the wristlet strap are cheap and flimsy and not reflective of the quality that you’d expect from the Sak brand. I’ve been buying the brand for absolute years (I even have a round Sak decorative pillow!!!) and knew their products from previous purchases. I knew it was “vegan leather” when I ordered it, but expected it to be a better weight than what it is. On a positive note, the colors of the Woodland Stripe pattern are perfect for fall and I decided to keep it, anyway, despite my misgivings. I had just planned on ordering another color for other seasons and will not be doing that now."
