- What are The Sak Rewards?
- The Sak Rewards is our way to reward you for being a loyal customer! The program is free to join, all you need is an email address. By becoming a member, you can start earning points immediately for different actions like making a purchase, referring a friend, writing a review, sharing on social and more.

- How do I join The Sak Rewards
- Become a member by creating an account on thesak.com. If you already have an account then there is nothing more you need to do! If you would like to create an account, do so by clicking here!!

- How do I earn points?
- For every $1 you spend, 1 point will be added to your balance. 100 points equals $10. Aside from purchasing, there are many other actions you can complete to earn points, see full list here!

- When will my points show up in my account?
- Your points should appear in your account instantly after purchase is completed and can be used toward future purchases. Rewards cannot be applied to past or current orders. Make sure you are logged in to see your reward status. You can view your status at any time by logging in and clicking the Rewards link under Account Details.

- When and how can I redeem my points?
- It’s up to you! Use your points immediately or collect and save to use towards a bigger purchase. To apply your points to a current purchase, make sure you are logged in. After adding items to your cart, click apply rewards points to your shopping cart at checkout. Alternatively, you can use the Redeem Rewards button on your rewards page to apply points. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.

- Can I use my points combined with other discount codes?
- Yes. Reward points are treated as a tender and we allow the combining of the two. However, multiple discount codes cannot be used together.

- What happens to my points when I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
If you make a purchase and use reward points, the points used will be refunded first to your loyalty account, then to payment method. The good news is that you can use the points again on a future purchase.

- Do points expire?
- Your points expire after one year of inactivity. You are considered inactive if you have not earned or redeemed any points within a year from your last action. If you make a purchase within that year, your points would not expire.
