"Plastic instead of metal equipment on it and my iPhone 13 doesn’t fit properly. I have to cram it in and struggle to get it back out. Very disappointing especially for the price of this product. My last one I had over five years and it had leather straps and metal hardware, my phone fit well with no issues, I would another but it’s not made anymore. Oh also I have a hard time getting my credit cards in and out of the slots because it’s too tight, ugh I’m beyond irritated with this product and wish I would have bought somewhere else"
