Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"My mystery bundle had a yellow leather and crochet tote, a olive green suede tote, a brown suede cross body bag. A gray green leather wrist purse, a purple card holder and a tassel. The tassel was the only bummer of the group. I checked the actual price of the items, they were all on sale. Still, there was a value to getting the mystery bundle as opposed to buying them all on sale. Just not quite as big of a value as it made you believe. I calculated the price of buying all the things separately as $333. Overall, I'm happy. I would not have picked suede, I prefer smooth leather, but it was still a good value."
