For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"Super soft leather. Perfect size. I love this purse so much!!! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the zippers are really sticky and I have a hard time zipping it from day one. I’m worried they will break because they are so hard to zip. But fingers crossed that doesn’t happen. Overall very satisfied 😊"

If I have one negative thing to say about it, it's that it doesn't zip open and closed real smoothly. I suspect that the zipper will improved as I use it. Such a pretty bag!"

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
