Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I just received my second Hobo bag in the meadow color! I think it looks like a light sage green which is one of my favorite colors. For me, this bag is a “throw everything in and go” bag! No need to worry as it will hold everything. The handle is a great length to either carry by hand or on your shoulder. The two outside pockets give you quick access to keys, lip gloss or phone. No matter which Sak bag you purchase, you won’t be disappointed."
"Very good quality and functionality. The size is a little big, but not overly so. I do wish the strap was a couple of inches longer. My main complaint is the zippers. They don't operate smoothly. I put some bee's wax on them and it helped."

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
