Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

Bought in 2023 and still going strong!
"I bought this purse in early 2023 and I've never had an issue with it! I get a lot of compliments on it. I use this purse nearly every single day. . the zippers are all still on and moving smoothly. About a month ago (1/2025) the stitching started to fray on the strap near the buckle - very slightly, nothing big or worrisome as the stitching is still tight, I put a lighter to the 2 fraying pieces and haven't had an issue since. It's a lovely travel bag too, I can fit my passport, have a small wallet (even though it has pockets for cards I still prefer a wallet that can attach to the inner zipper), my phone, sunglasses, chapstick/lipgloss, and my checkbook. I can even fit a (plastic 16. 9 fl oz) water bottle snuggly in it with about 1/4 of the bottle sticking out. It fits nicely in my backpack when I'm on flights. I also like that it's not too big as I am a petite female (5ft, 100lbs). I think it looks proportional and balancing. If you're on the fence about purchasing it - DO IT. You will not regret it. :)"
Big Enough Without the Bulk!
"I love this bag. It has become my go-to on evenings out. I don't like carrying large purses, and this allows me to be hands-free while still holding all the essentials and then some. I like that there are card slots inside so I don't have to carry my entire wallet, freeing up even more room. The embossed front is gorgeous. The back zipper compartment will fit my phone securely but is not quite deep enough to zip closed, which is fine for me personally as I like to have easy access to my phone, but I want others to be aware. If I do need to secure my phone (Pixel 6 Pro) it will fit comfortably sideways inside the main compartment. I would recommend this bag to anyone who wants something small but may need to carry a few extra items while out and about."
