If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.

Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"So well made! That’s one of the best things about Sak bags. I love the roominess of this bag without it being oversized. It has a zippered center area for extra room and security, and it has “two” sides (due to the center full zuppered area) Also the lining is not DARK so it’s easier to find things. Leather is soft and the color is rich. Like that the double straps are real leather. I have two other Sak bags and the shoulder straps are vinyl, but it’s not a deal-breaker."
