For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"These clogs are light weight, very comfortable and pretty. I'm a true size 9 and that's what I ordered. They run a little big but if I'm wearing socks, they're perfect. "I bought these first as Bolinas clogs and sent them back. I have the same issue with the Bolo clogs. I hoped they'd have the thick, resilient footbed that Crocs have. They don't. There isn't enough arc support for my feet but I can use add on support. What I can't change is that they feel like they have a negative heel and I don't like that. Still, they're cute. They were inexpensive. I'll keep them but I'll know that, for the future, I won't be happy with Sac footbeds. Bummer!"
