If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"It's not possible to see that there are two thinner straps on this bag as opposed to the one solid strap that I have on the similar purple tote. I do not like the look of two straps. In moy opinion, it cheapens the bag, so I'm not so happy. Also, I though that the light green suede would look a little fresher. The coloring in the bag I received just looks a little tired. It's neutral, which is what I wanted, but it looks duller than I expected, so I'm not to happy with this aspect of the bag either."
"I love! it the strap is darker like more of a brown vs. the mushroom color. Pretty. The purse is stunning and gorgeous and for some reason i thought it was going to be like my last SAK purse, a santa sack shape . . and i am so! pleasantly suprised it is shaped more like a computer tote bag, tall and narrower than a literal ball or circle !!! "PLEASE BRING BACK THE TALL TOTE!!!! The tall tote is my favorite everyday tote. If I knew they were discontinuing it I would've bought all the colors and back ups!!! I just got the Gunmetal color in the large tote and the color is perfection. NOW only if we can get the Tall Tote to come out of retirement in the new gunmetal. . . That would be my Christmas wish."
