Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"Im starting to get into bigger purses so all of my stuff can fit. I had always went with crossbody purses before. But this crossbody is perfect and the size is big and perfect. The maritime color with the brown strap is so pretty. The purses are well made and made to last. This is my 3rd bag from The Sak and I am highly satisfied and will definitely recommend them. Oh and the sales they have are awesome. Shipping does not take long either."

"The strap is too thin on this bag. It holds a lot so the purse can get really heavy. That weight digs into your shoulder. A wider strap would eliminate that. Also, the flap of extra strap after adjusted does not stay close to the strap causing it to flop around."

"Absolutely gorgeous bag! I have a Los Feliz tote and was looking for a style that had a slimmer profile. This is perfect - rides flat on my hip and extended all the way hits me just below the waist. It is the perfect size to carry all the necessities without the bulk. The metallic dark silver pebbled leather is absolutely glorious and has a nice weathered look while staying classy. I particularly like the rustic appeal of a brown leather strap to contrast the dark grey of the bag. I wish the strap was a wee but longer and removable. My Lottee Sunbudz charm looks super cute on this bag, but unfortunately her clip does not open enough to hook onto the bag loop, so I had to improvise."
