Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"This may be my favorite Sak handbag. The blue denim color is deeply saturated. Just gorgeous. It seems a little smaller than my Sak tote bags, which is really fine for me. It has a slouchy look when wearing but the rounded bottom is sturdy enough that it doesn’t fall over when placed on a table. I usually wear it as a shoulder bag, but when I lengthen the strap I can make it a crossbody."

"I love my original Sak Hobo. Looks just like this, but doesn't have the lining. Unfortunately I lost a very nice gold Cross pen that presumably found its way through the mesh. I would love to use my bag, and another Sak backpack, but neither one has a lining."
