For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"LOVE my gorgeous Juniper Hobo in Mahogany Cognac. The craftsmanship is high quality and the leather is beautiful with the perfect amount of slouch. I was not crazy about the cross-body strap that came with it...it was slightly too thin and dug into my shoulders...but I was able to find one that was slightly wider and the perfect color match fairly easily"

What makes it even better is that it comes with 2 length straps-1 short for shoulder, and 1 longer for crossbody which is my preferred. Beautiful classy bag!"
"Buyer beware!!! I never leave bad reviews but I am fed up. I would give this zero stars if I could. The zipper was defective and I did not like the feel of the leather so I started a return two days ago which says it is “under review”. I do not understand why as this is brand new with tag still on it and well within the 30 day window. I have sent two emails and left a message for customer service and I have not received any messages or call backs. Think twice before ordering from this company"
"I will start with "this is the greatest purse ever" in my book. I like the wide short strap. The size is perfect for my small frame. There are 4 pockets, 1 zippered pocket with an open pocket behind it and to small but long pockets on the other side and my big phone fits. I love it. I would recommend this purse. ❤️"
"I love when the item I’ve ordered exceeds my expectations. The two shoulder straps are a little stiff and less leather like than I would prefer. The suede weave is beautiful and even for a smaller bag it is very roomy plus the inside pockets are perfect. Well done Sak!"
"I have purchased many Sak handbags and mules over the years. I love their stuff. This bag is great. the two-tone brown basket weave is a standout . Chose this one over a medium tote that I’ve been eyeing because of the versatility with the two straps. I know I’ll be using the crossbody strap for daily use. Hardware on end of straps that connects to bag is great quality and goes on and off with ease. Zipper also is smooth and glides with ease. My only criticism is that I wish they had made this bag slightly taller. Just one more inch in height would allow me to use the side slip pockets for my iPhone. Using it as is, I can’t slide the zipper closed with one hand while I’m carrying other things. I have to push down on my phone and carefully slide the zipper over that area to close. If you keep what you carry simplified, you’ll appreciate this bag. It comfortably holds the basics (key fob, chap stick and a lip stick, compact powder, readers, small wallet, tissue packet), and it’s gorgeous in the leather weave."
