For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"120 Hobo bag is among the prettiest pattern I own. It looks like a rare bird I recently drove a couple hours to Presque Isle Erie PA and hiked a couple miles to see called a Willow Ptarmigan. She was not supposed to be there as she's a northern Canada and Alaska resident. It was thrilling to see her and when I saw this Natural Mermaid pattern I had to have it. I added the tassel that looks like her legs. Neat find!"

"I am pleased with the style of this bag, it's very stylish. But there are some noticeable imperfections such as the two panels of leather having such vastly different grains. It's pretty obvious from far away. The suede strap had some long string fibers sewn into it. Overall, I think it's 3. 75 stars nice, if QC was improved and tweaked slightly it could be 5 stars."

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
We’re known for our signature crochet, but every Sak piece is rooted in craft. We focus on thoughtful construction and timeless designs that stay with you season after season.
