If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Love most things about this wallet, but prefer the phone pocket on the Iris
"Overall I like this wallet. I have been using different variations of the sak's crossbody wallets for years. I order a new one probably every 2 years or so when the previous one wears out. I will say that the real leather and canvas ones wear out faster than the faux leather or the eco twill, but I find the actual leather ones to be the most aesthetically pleasing. I have bought the sak's iris design the most, but I like the sequoia (this one) over the iris for the features of it holding more overall and being easier to access my credit cards. However, the main feature about the sequoia that I like less is that it's significant more difficult to get my phone in and out of the outside pocket, and I sort of have to bend the flap back to get my phone in, which puts more strain on the fabric. And now that I'm using this style again I'm remembering the last time I had one the sak's wallets that had this style of outer phone pocket, I had the same issue with it, and the inside of the pocket wore/ripped prematurely (especially compared to all of my other wallets from the brand). So I like most aspects of this wallet except that. My perfect wallet would be this design but the outside phone pocket would be the one on their Iris wallet instead. Maybe someday they'll make a version like this :)"
