Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"When Fall comes to town I'll be ready. I love The Sak totes and although I already have several, when I saw that the Metro Tote in Moss was on sale I knew I had to add it to my closet. I like to go to all the Fall festivals in my area and it's the perfect tote for holding all my things for the day --- plus it goes with so many of my Fall looks. Like all The Sak totes it's exceptionally well crafted. The Metro Tote is just the right size, not too big and not too small. I love having several pockets inside and a zippered pocket on the outside. And the zipper on the top is a secure feature for when you're out and about all day. I highly recommend this tote so grab it while it's still available and on sale."

"This bag is beautiful. I was looking for an olive green suede bag, and this one has more character than a lot of the others I’d seen. The only thing I don’t love is that there aren’t hooks for a crossbody strap, and the bag doesn’t stand up on its own. Otherwise, it has plenty of pockets and the straps seem relatively sturdy. Time will tell."

"I recently bought the moss suede bolinas clogs and loved them so much that I had to get the matching tote! I got it to use as a purse and also a smaller diaper bag for shorter trips because my leather diaper bag is to big and heavy just to go to the store. "I love my new moss suede metro tote! I recently bought the moss suede bolinas clogs and they match perfectly. There are so many pockets and so much room in this tote! I use it as a diaper bag/purse when I don't want to take my big heavy leather diaper bag because this suede tote is liter but looks so unique and luxurious. Highly recommend the suede tote!"

"I bought this tote to replace the one I’ve been using for the past 3 years. I love the look of this bag. It’s the same exact size as my other Sak. The problem? My previous bag was made of fabric with leather handles. This one is made of vinyl which is quite a bit heavier. This disappointed me a great deal but I decided to keep the bag and use it. This is the reason why I only gave this Sakroot bag 3 stars."
