For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I ordered the Lumi crossbody in rainbow stripe. The reason I ordered the Lumi was because the rainbow stripe pattern was not available in the Melrose crossbody. I compared the sizes given on the website and felt that I would be satisfied with the Lumi crossbody. While I'm satisfied, I'm really disappointed in the drop of the strap for the Lumi. One of the main things I love about the Melrose crossbody is the adjustable length strap. The Lumi strap is much shorter and not adjustable. The size of the bag is satisfactory. However, I purchased adjustable straps to replace the strap that came with the bag. In a perfect world, rainbow stripe would be available as a Melrose crossbody and I would buy that immediately. ."
