If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
We will cover the return shipping cost if our return label is used.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will not have original shipping fees refunded.
