For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

The strap seems shorter to me than in the photos, and the silver hardware on the tassel is missing. I rechecked the photos to make sure and confirmed that mine is different and missing the silver circle. I got the color meadow, and I love it! "I love the Los Feliz hobo and already have it in another color. Decided to order it in Stone. Everything about it is as desired--except that the zipper hitches a bit when closing. It glides open easily, but pulling it back closed encounters a couple of "hitches" every time. This was disappointing, but not sure yet if I'll try to exchange for same item with better zipper. It could be something that creates cumulative frustration with use. . . . The zipper on my blue one opens & closes like butter every time, wish this one were the same. Will see."
