Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I am pleased with the style of this bag, it's very stylish. But there are some noticeable imperfections such as the two panels of leather having such vastly different grains. It's pretty obvious from far away. The suede strap had some long string fibers sewn into it. Overall, I think it's 3. 75 stars nice, if QC was improved and tweaked slightly it could be 5 stars."

"I highly recommend the 120 Hobo --- it's a great year round bag. I especially love the thick strap which is comfortable on my shoulder, no matter how much stuff I've thrown in. The combination of leather and crochet is unique. It's nice having an inside zipper pocket too. On the other side I use the open pockets for my car keys and cell phone. I keep coming back to The Sak for all my purses because you can't beat the quality and design for the money --- especially when there's a sale. I'm thinking I may have to purchase a second in another shade while there's still several colors to choose from."

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
