If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"This is a great summer bag for cruises, farmers markets, and days at the beach. I wouldn’t carry it as my daily bag because it’s a bit too large for me, but it’s stylish enough to work with many outfits. I was worried it would be too small for me, but I can carry a small wallet, keys, two sand cloud towels, sunscreen, and still have room for more. The black bottom will keep it from showing and marks/dirt it picks up. The straps are comfy and fit well on my shorter frame. I thought I would prefer wider set handles but this strap design stays on my shoulder better. It’s well made, love the zippers, and I’m glad I finally made the purchase. I like the look of this design better for my style compared to the metallic tones in some of the other bags. Strongly recommend and I’m glad I purchased it."
