What are The Sak Rewards?
The Sak Rewards is our way to reward you for being a loyal customer! The program is free to join, all you need is an email address. By becoming a member, you can start earning points immediately for different actions like making a purchase, referring a friend, writing a review, sharing on social and more.
How do I join The Sak Rewards?
Become a member by creating an account on thesak.com. If you already have an account then there is nothing more you need to do! If you would like to create an account, do so by clicking here!
How do I earn points?
For every $1 you spend, you’ll collect points (1 point for tier 1, 2 points for tier 2, 3 points for tier 3). The points will be added to your account and can be redeemed as a discount on products. 100 points equals $10. Aside from purchasing, there are many other actions you can complete to earn points, leaving a review, following us on social, and referring friends.
When will my points show up in my account?
Points collected for orders should appear in your account instantly after the purchase is completed and can be used toward future purchases. Rewards cannot be applied to past or current orders. Make sure you are logged in to view your reward status.
Points collected for reviews will be rewarded within 14 days after leaving the review. You can check your status anytime by logging in at the top of this page: https://www.thesak.com/pages/rewards
When & How can I redeem my points?
It’s up to you! Use your points immediately or save them for a future purchase. To apply your points to a current order, make sure you’re logged in. After adding items to your cart, click “Apply Rewards Points” at checkout. You can also use the “Redeem Rewards” button on your rewards page to apply points directly.
Please note: Rewards points can only be applied to product costs and cannot be used to cover shipping charges. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
How do I apply my rewards points when using an accelerated checkout method?
If you're using an accelerated checkout method such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, please apply your rewards points in your cart first before selecting the accelerated checkout option. This ensures your rewards are properly deducted from your total before completing your purchase.
Can I combine my points with other discount codes?
Yes. Reward points are treated as a discount but we allow the combining of the two. However, multiple discount codes cannot be used together.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance. If you made a purchase using reward points, the points used will first be refunded to your loyalty account, and then to your original payment method (if applicable). The good news is that you can use the points again on a future purchase.
Please note: refunded points will retain their original expiration date and will not be extended.
Do points expire?
Yes, your points expire one year from the date they were earned. For example, if you earn points on July 1, 2024, those points will expire on June 30, 2025.

Do I earn rewards points for post-purchase add-on items?
Please note that these items are offered post-checkout and at highly discounted prices, therefore, they are excluded from Sak Rewards earning rules for all Tiers.
What is the birthday reward?
Eligible loyalty customers who have entered their birthday will receive 100 points ($10) annually on their birthday, provided the birthday was entered at least 30 days before the birthday date. These points expire one year after being awarded unless used.
Additionally, email subscribers earn double points during their birthday month (from the 1st to the last day of the month). The bonus points depend on your loyalty tier:
- Tier 1: Earn 2 points per $1 spent instead of 1 point.
- Tier 2: Earn 4 points per $1 spent instead of 2 points.
- Tier 3: Earn 6 points per $1 spent instead of 3 points.
How do I get free standard shipping?
- Tier 3: Free standard shipping on all orders within the US.
- Tier 2: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the US.
- Tier 1 and Others: Free standard shipping on orders over $125.
Make sure you are logged into your account at checkout to receive free shipping. It will be applied automatically.
I entered the wrong birthday by accident. How do I change it?
Please email customerservice@thesak.com to request an update to your birthday.
I made an order but didn’t check out under my loyalty account. Can I get the rewards adjusted for my previous order?
Unfortunately, rewards cannot be adjusted or recovered for orders placed without logging into your loyalty account.
How do I upgrade my loyalty status to Tier 2 and Tier 3?
To unlock and maintain your loyalty tier:
- Tier 2: Spend at least $150 within a rolling year (12 months). To retain Tier 2 status, you must spend at least $150 every year. If not, you’ll be downgraded to Tier 1.
- Tier 3: Spend at least $300 within a rolling year. To retain Tier 3 status, you must spend at least $300 every year. If your yearly spend drops to $150-$299, you’ll be downgraded to Tier 2. If it falls below $150, you’ll be downgraded to Tier 1.
How do I get early access as a Top Tier member?
Early access to sales is offered at the company’s discretion, multiple times throughout the year, to email and SMS subscribers. Top Tier members often receive 24 hours of early access to sale prices.
Occasionally, these early sales include an additional 5% discount, which is also discretionary and time-limited.
Tier 2: How do I use my extra 5% off clearance?
Please use code 2CLEAR5 at checkout. This code will only work for Tier 2 customers as long as they qualify. Make sure the items in your cart are from the sale section and that you are logged in at time of checkout.
Tier 3: How do I use my extra 10% off clearance?
Please use code 3CLEAR10 at checkout. This code will only work for Tier 3 customers as long as they qualify. Make sure the items in your cart are from the sale section and that you are logged in at times of checkout.
Tier 3: How do I get my free Yarnicharmz?
Add one 5-pack Yarnicharmz to your cart in addition to any crochet purchase and use code YARNIGIFT. This code will only work once a year for Tier 3 customers as long as they qualify. Make sure the item in your cart are from the crochet collection and that you are logged in at time of checkout.
