Special Markets & Liquidation Sales Support (NYC)

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Special Markets & Liquidation Sales Support for all 3 of our lifestyle brands ( THE SAK, Sakroots, and Elliott Lucca ). This position will be responsible for assisting in the management of all our current customers in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded sales associate who wants to be a part of a dynamic business unit and growing company


• Assist in managing day-to-day operations for the Special Markets Sales department
•Respond to email requests from customers, distributors, and new customer inquiries in regard to product information, order status, shipping, pricing, and agreements
•Collaborate with the Operations team on order administration to ensure goods are received and shipped correctly in a timely manner. Create and update inventory reports with product images for each brand and product category when needed
• Manage sample requests/approvals including Pre/Post market and TOP orders
•Oversee line sheets, testing requirements and ticketing for intl distributors
•Maintain an awareness of key fashion trends and product knowledge in order to assist customers with purchase decisions as necessary. Communicates approved price lists to international sales team and distribution network


Essential Skills, Experience And Qualifications:

•Computer proficiency specifically with MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
•Must work with a high sense of urgency and an excellent customer service attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to balance multiple tasks
• Strong problem solving skills
• Can do attitude
