REFUND POLICY

if you purchased on our website

To receive a full refund, returns must be received by The Sak within 60 days of original purchase date. If you are past 60 days, but within a year of the purchase date, you can return the merchandise for store credit. The credit will be applied to your thesak.com customer account and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com only (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will also cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used.

  1. If you purchased your order using your thesak.com account, click here to log into your account and start the process.

  2. If you placed your order as a Guest, please click here to search for your order and follow the same process.

Should you prefer to ship through a different carrier, go through the returns process online and note your Return Authorization Number (RMA). Ship your package to the address listed below, making sure to clearly mark the carton with your RMA#. We will not be able to process your return without the RMA# listed.

What to expect

Once we receive your package, please allow 12-15 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may require additional days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount code, reward code or special offer on your return order is not transferable to another order.

if you purchased from an authorized retailer
