I ordered this bag because (1) I love Sak, and (2) I love crossbodies. After using it about three months, the zipper on the front pocket (where I keep my keys) separated, so the pocket does not close anymore. This also happened on an older Sak hobo bag (the zipper was inside the bag on the small pocket). Sak needs to find a more durable zipper to use on their bags.
